In all instances, we aim to find cost effective solutions and strive for early resolution, however, when the need arises, we have the experience to handle claims through conclusion in both arbitration and trial.

Our attorneys have an intimate knowledge of all aspects of construction, including earth moving, deep foundations and subsurface construction, concrete steel-reinforced construction, ironwork, conventional framing, all aspects of mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems, exterior cladding including curtain walls, window walls and conventional fenestration systems, and all types of roofing systems from proprietary systems to built-up roofing and shingles. We have experience in all types of construction from single family homes, apartments, condominiums, commercial office buildings, schools, industrial buildings and large infrastructure projects.
