BIOGRAPHY

Danielle Ward is a Senior Attorney at Chalifoux, Brast, Thompson & Potocki, APC, with over fourteen years of comprehensive legal experience. Her extensive background encompasses a wide range of industries, including construction, business litigation, contracts, and real estate.

Danielle began her legal career at Balestreri Potocki & Holmes, where she spent a decade adeptly handling complex, multi-million-dollar construction disputes, premises liability and personal injury matters. Her expertise in construction and contract law covered both residential and commercial projects, representing developers, contractors, subcontractors, and property owners throughout California.

After ten years, Danielle joined the Blake Law Firm, where she specialized in real estate law. In her litigation role, Danielle skillfully handled a variety of complex issues, including commercial lease disputes, non-disclosure matters, boundary conflicts, and mechanics liens, consistently achieving favorable outcomes for her clients. On the transactional side, Danielle expertly negotiated commercial leases, representing both tenants and property owners, and acting as a key liaison to brokers. Her comprehensive experience also encompassed representing buyers and sellers in commercial and residential property transactions.

She is pleased to be reunited with former colleagues at Chalifoux, Brast, Thompson & Potocki. Along with her diverse experience, she brings with her a meticulous attention to detail in both transactional and litigated matters, a passion for contract and risk analysis, and a commitment to achieving practical and favorable resolutions tailored to the clients' objectives.
