She represents clients in both Nevada and California in the areas of general business, construction defect, business litigation, complex civil litigation, and personal injury. In addition, Kacy has experience serving as general counsel for clients, providing management support as well as reviewing, drafting and negotiating contracts.

Prior to forming CBTP, Kacy was an associate attorney with Balestreri, Potocki & Holmes and with Morris, Sullivan and Lemkul. Assisting clients and being a fierce advocate to achieve swift resolution is more than just a job to Kacy, it is her passion. She strives to resolve issues efficiently and effectively so the clients, whether a business entity or individual, can worry less and proceed with business as usual with as little disruption to their daily lives as possible.

Kacy earned her Bachelor of Arts from the University of California, Los Angeles. She obtained her Juris Doctorate from California Western School of Law, where she graduated magna cum laude and was a recipient of several academic awards. Kacy also served as Editor-in-Chief of the International Law Review, and has been recognized and awarded for her excellence in legal writing and editing skills. Additionally, she served as a professor’s assistant for both Civil Procedure and Criminal Procedure courses, teaching classes once a week with up to 50 students.
